This policy explains how AnalyseTech collects, uses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect
When you create an account or subscribe: your name, your email address and what is needed to manage your subscription (chosen plan, payment status). When you write to us: your name, email address and message. Form submissions keep a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself, to block automated spam. For logged-in members, we also record the time and page of their latest activity, to see who is currently using the site.
Account security
When you are logged in, we record the IP address, the browser and the time of each login, and of each change of IP address during a session. We use this information only to protect your account: to limit the number of devices logged in at the same time and to detect an account shared with other people. It is kept for 90 days, can only be viewed by the site administrator, and is never shared. An account showing signs of sharing may be temporarily suspended while it is checked.
How we use it
Only to manage your account and subscription, give you access to reserved content and answer your messages. We do not sell or share your information for commercial purposes.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your session open, remember your language and record your cookie choice. They cannot be turned off. Optional cookies (audience measurement, marketing) are only used if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Retention and security
Your information is stored securely on our servers and kept only as long as needed to manage your account and subscription.
Your rights
You can access, correct or ask us to delete your personal information at any time, from My account or by contacting us.
